The Pre-Construction Surveys consist of a photo documentation of existing conditions of a building or structure prior to the start of vibration producing construction activities. These surveys document the condition of the building with respect to noted defects such as cracks, settlements and physical damage. Reports consist of hard copies of selected photos obtained from the survey, with emphasis on damaged areas. High resolution photographs are provided for future reference.
