Community Air Monitoring Program

Many construction projects involve the disturbance of building components, soil and other items within the construction site. Often, these sites are located in close proximity to occupied residential and commercial properties. Typical nuisance and potentially harmful products and sounds can often emanate from construction sites.

Contractors are often required by State and federal Law and by Local Town Agencies, or by virtue of a site specific Technical Specification, to provide continuous monitoring for certain criteria on their job sites. Commonly seen monitoring parameters include Nuisance Dust, Noise, Volatile Organic Compounds and Vibrations.

Testing mechanics Corporation owns in-house testing equipment for these typically encountered CAMP parameters. We are often retained by Contractors and Residents alike, to perform the testing for the entire duration of the shifts, and notify concerned parties of emissions outside the acceptable limits for these parameters.
