Asbestos Inspection

Testing Mechanics Corp. offers an asbestos management plan that utilizes three distinct phases:
| 1. Inspection and Planning |
| 2. Design (as required) |
| 3. Abatement (as required) |
Inspection covers the first and most important phase of asbestos management. It consists of: the inspection, sampling, and laboratory testing for Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM’s) and preparation of an Inspection Report. The Inspection Report documents the location and condition of ACM’s and recommends locations requiring remedial action. All inspection work is conducted in accordance with relevant city, state, and federal regulations associated with inspection and remedial actions related to ACM’s.
Testing Mechanics Corp can provide the following:
Building inspections
Interior Materials, such as fireproofing and piping inspections
Documentation of location and conditions of ACM’s
Analysis for ACM’s using Polarized Light Microscopy (PLM) utilizing our
laboratory which meets accreditation by federal, state and local requirements;
TEM as necessary
Documentation of location and quantities of ACM’s
Preparation of Inspection Report
